Our house blend, built to work anywhere: filter in the morning, espresso in the afternoon. A Brazilian base for body and cocoa, an Ethiopian top note for aromatic lift. The coffee we pour for anyone who walks through the roastery door.

From the Cerrado Mineiro plateau, the first Brazilian coffee region to earn a protected designation of origin. Natural process, with notes of dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut and caramel. Round body, low acidity, dense crema: our espresso coffee par excellence, and it holds up beautifully with milk.

Grown between 1,900 and 2,200 m on the Yirgacheffe highlands, a few valleys from Kaffa — the region that gave coffee its name. Washed process, with notes of bergamot, jasmine and black tea. A bright, floral acidity that comes into its own as filter coffee. Roasted in Halle in 12 kg batches, shipped within 5 days of roasting.
